Position:  IT Support Desk Representative
Location: Twinsburg, OH 9113
Term: 2 Months Contract to hire


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Delivers quality support and assistance to internal users while working to achieve departmental Service Levels
  • Responds to incoming requests via supported channels (phone, portal, chat) and documents all work in designated ticketing system
  • Work is technical in nature and may require various troubleshooting techniques but also demands a strong customer service orientation to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
 

  • 2 to 3 years experience directly related to the position required
  • 9+ years of directly related technical experience with a High School Diploma, college hours focused in an IT curriculum or relevant work experience
  • Have strong knowledge of key IT equipment , software and infrastructure
  • Understands Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
  • Cherwell ticketing experience a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong process skills and knowledge
  • Experienced with LAN/WAN environments of an enterprise nature
  • Works well independently and in team situations
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
