TITLE: IT Application Support - Level 1

Support IT Corporate Applications - Level 1 triage


Previous experience in a multi country service management role ITIL knowledge--must have good experience in managing service delivery from external vendors Proven stakeholder management at senior levels Ability to quickly understand business needs and define a repeatable process to meet the same Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven experience in leading and motivating teams Proven experience in successfully delivering work to tight deadlines Ability to effectively manage and adapt to change.

Entry level to professional career progression that requires a college degree or equivalent experience and the conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline. Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures. May exercise some discretion and judgment when carrying out tasks.

• Solid personal computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines.
• Be detailed oriented
• Ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner specifically:
• Oracle ERP Suite
• TCT (sharepoint type tool)
• Enterprise Management Reporting
• Bank Portal Administration (access Administration)
• Manage tickets in our case management tool – ServiceCentral
• Take incoming calls from our internal customers using inContact (telephony)

This role will be part of the Services Management Team working within IT, specifically Corporate Applications.

Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit. This role will be providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems within applications supported by Corporate Applications.

We are not looking for a DBA or Systems Analyst as this will be a functional support role within Oracle, TCT and other applications. The position would be considered as Level 1 support person.

Previous Oracle (time and expense), Sharepoint/TCT, and/or banking portal experience is highly preferred but not required. Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
