Our enterprise client is seeking to hire an IT recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team, team is comprised of 15 people. The company has great company culture with a team centric and servant leadership approach.
The Recruiter will require experience recruiting for IT Cyber Security position to support the hiring needs in the Infrastructure group. This role will require heavy sourcing and some HR related activities in addition to recruiting- adhering to the process and workday and paperwork related items. This position will eventually work full desk, which includes working with the internal hiring manager to source and recruit candidates. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of recruiting experience. Client is seeking some experience with agency recruiting experience, as they must handle a heavy requirement volume, 15-20 requirements at a given time.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of entire client IT Enterprise. Their role is to provide the support, knowledge and tools needed for successful job placement. In partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best in class for functional areas of the business.
The key responsibilities include working with functional groups to create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection processes when appropriate. t is also the responsibility of the Senior Recruiter to facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned. Communicating with others, at all levels, building relationships and planning projects are critical skills for successful performance in this position.
Required Skills (min. of 5 years)
1. Must have agency side recruiting experience. .
2. Must have experience recruiting for IT positions with an emphasis on Cyber Security positions
3. Candidate will be required to have a proven track record for recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, hires/week and month).
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Use strategic planning information to implement an innovative, function-specific talent acquisition plan to develop a strong external bench of talent that supports The Home Depot's talent acquisition strategy. This position has an option to go perm. It will be a long term contract likely to be 6 months- 1 year before going perm. Client may consider straight contract but ideal candidate would like to go perm.
our client is open to considering 100% remote candidates but the preference is for candidates to be local to Atlanta and willing to come into the office once it reopens in the fall. No company announcements have been made yet about when the office reopens.
