This position is a 6–12-month contract with an option to go perm. This position requires Technology recruiting experience to support the positions in the IT organization with a focus on Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Software Engineering. This position will involve heavy sourcing and some HR related activities in addition to full desk recruiting- adhering to the process, workday, and paperwork related items. This position includes working with the internal hiring managers to source, recruit, present and close candidates. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruiting experience but will consider someone with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have some agency recruiting experience, as they must handle a heavy requirement volume, 15-20 requirements at a given time.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of entire client IT Enterprise. Their role is to provide the support, knowledge and tools needed for successful job placement. In partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best in class for functional areas of the business.
The key responsibilities include working with functional groups to create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection processes when appropriate. it is also the responsibility of the Senior Recruiter to facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned. Communicating with others, at all levels, building relationships and planning projects are critical skills for successful performance in this position.
Required Skills (min. of 2-5 years)
1. Full desk corporate recruiting experience. Agency side recruiting experience is a huge plus.
2. Must have technology recruiting experience with an emphasis on Software Engineering, Cyber Security and/or Infrastructure positions.
3. Candidate will have a proven track record for recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, hires).
