This position will allow the opportunity to go perm or will consider straight contract. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably with some experience with recruiting on Infrastructure positions and/or Software Engineering positions. Our client is seeking candidates that are local to Atlanta and open to working in the office once it reopens. No company announcements have been made yet about when the office reopens as most employees are currently working remote.

This position will involve heavy sourcing activities as well as some HR related activities in addition to recruiting- adhering to the process and workday and paperwork related items. This position will eventually work full desk, which includes working with the internal hiring managers to source and recruit candidates. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of recruiting experience. Client is seeking some experience with agency recruiting experience, as they must handle a heavy requirement volume, 15-20 requirements at a given time.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of entire client IT Enterprise. Their role is to provide the support, knowledge and tools needed for successful job placement. In partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best in class for functional areas of the business.
The key responsibilities include working with functional groups to create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection processes when appropriate. t is also the responsibility of the Senior Recruiter to facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned. Communicating with others, at all levels, building relationships and planning projects are critical skills for successful performance in this position.
Required Skills (min. of 5 years)
1. Experience recruiting for IT positions with an emphasis on Software Engineering and Infrastructure positions.
2. Candidate will be required to have a proven track record for recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, hires/week and month).
3. Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
