IT Recruiter

Our enterprise client headquartered in Atlanta, Ga; is seeking to hire an IT recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Austin, Texas.  The Recruiter will join a team of 15 people to work in a team centric group with a great company culture. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT recruiting along with a heavy sourcing experience.  The position will involve heavy sourcing and some HR related activities in addition to advanced recruiting methodologies as well as adhering to the process and workday and paperwork related items.  This position will eventually work full desk, which includes working with the internal hiring managers to identify top talent.   The candidate will require a minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience. Client is seeking agency recruiting experience, as they must handle a heavy requirement volume of 15-20 requirements at a given time.     

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of entire client IT Enterprise. Their role is to provide the support, knowledge and tools needed for successful job placement. In partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best in class for functional areas of the business.

The key responsibilities include working with functional groups to create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection processes when appropriate. t is also the responsibility of the Senior Recruiter to facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned. Communicating with others, at all levels, building relationships and planning projects are critical skills for successful performance in this position.

Required Skills (min. of 5 years)
1. Must have agency side recruiting experience.  .  
2.  Must have experience recruiting for IT positions.  
3.  Candidate will be required to have a proven track record for recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, hires/week and month).
