Duration: 6 month contract, likely to extend
Location: Remote to start, but some onsite work will be required starting June 1st. All Covid-19 precautions are being taken.
Oversee the trouble ticket que to not only distribute but make sure that SLA's are being met.
Leading technology migrations including areas like: Office365, Salesforce, Servers, and other Saas Platforms and Cloud exposure.
Firm understanding of ITIL and ITSM
This position will be responsible for meeting the needs of end users and providing sustainable technology solutions. Position is responsible for formulating policies, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. The IT Operations Team Lead will apply strong communication skills, team building, conflict management, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to motivate and provide technical mentorship to team members.
Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or a related field and extensive experience information technology operations or software development.
A minimum of three years experience in leading and managing a diverse technology team
