Position: Investment Operations Manager
Location: Atlanta Georgia 30309
Term: 6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Participate/lead pre and post production calls.
- Provide support in addressing client questions, fulfilling standing requests, and executing ad hoc requests for clients (i.e. monthly/quarterly client reports, monthly/quarterly consultant update questionnaires, compliance requests, audit requests, changes to guidelines, etc.).
- Resolve service related problems or questions and provide documentation as required.
- Review and analyze production metrics to recognize potential issues before they arise and provide solutions for problems/issues.
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations resulting from the analysis of data collected on client queries and request.
- Ensure client SLAs are performed accurately, timely and efficiently; ensuring teams meet critical deadlines.
- Establish strong working relationship with Operational teams, RMs, and Distribution.
- Resolve service related problems or questions and provide documentation as required.
- Maintain partnerships with stakeholders and BAU clients.
- Thoroughly examine current processes, identify ways to incorporate increased efficiencies and the promotion of automated solutions, and execute the efficiencies in a structured manner.
- Assist Project Management team as needed with managing and/or implementing projects, owning projects through the entire project lifecycle, maintaining project schedules and plans, monitoring overall progress of the project, and identifying and managing project issues and risks.
- Offshore support management.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 4+ years of financial services and/or investment management experience.
- 3+ years of Investment Operations experience.
- Acquisition and system implementation experience.
- Mindful of the global nature and downstream impact of our business when conducting day to day activities while meeting strict SLA deadlines.
- Have implemented opportunities to improve the working environment and team processes.
- Process, assimilate, and analyze metrics data into meaningful management and reporting information.
- Can solve problems related to role with minimal oversight or guidance from others.
- Takes initiative rather than waiting for others to act or request action.
