Help Desk - ticketing (Global Identity and Access Management)

Terrific 6+ month contract opportunity (with chance for extension) in San Antonio, TX for an Information Security Analyst on a Global Identity and Access Management team.  This position will be 40 hours/week Monday-Friday starting by 8:30am CST and will need to be onsite. 

•    2+ years of experience with Active Directory - UNIX or Database work.
•    Level 2 Help Desk experience.
•    Knowledge/experience with CyberArk or any Total Privileged Access Management (TPAM) tools (Password Management tools) preferred.
•    Experience with Windows and Databases.
•    Strongly prefer a degree and/or Certifications in either Active Directory or similar Microsoft products.
•    Prefer experience with Information Security, compliance or internal controls function.
•    Customer service request processing such as help desk functions.
•    Understanding of information technology concepts such as change management. 
•    Self-Starter and quick learner with a desire to perform entitlement processing requests for customers. 
•    Ability to work both independently and as a team player with ability and desire to effectively meet challenges and influence and drive consensus within the team. 
•    Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory; Information Security; MS Office; MS Access
•    Time Management skills; organized; able to work independently and in large groups; ability to learn new applications quickly.
•    Prefer 2-year technical degree and/or certifications in Security+, A+, Active Directory, etc.
•    Spanish a plus but not required
•    TPAM, CyberArk knowledge is a plus.
