Immediate need for an Implementations Sales Support Professional to join our Tempe, AZ team!
Global financial services firm seeking a front line support professional for new partner implementations to ensure client functionality is properly selected to meet client’s requirements and expectations resulting in a fully successful implementation. We will look to you to work with the business and technical partners to set up and install technical systems, applications, or support clients'/company's outsourced technology and business process solutions. You will work directly with clients to manage initial requirements, system access, create required process documents, and coordinate training for clients. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to other product and system integration teams for resolution, where appropriate. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. Will work directly with clients on-site or provide implementation support remotely.
- Payment Processing industry related experience is a must.
- Experience in either a business analyst, client onboarding implementations, or project management related field.
