Long term contract in Plano, TX for a HR Policy Contingent Worker.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, edit and support HR policy process.
  • Special Policy Projects (policy alignment and technology support via SharePoint and ServiceNow).
  • Upload policies and maintain ServiceNow Policy platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders and policy owners to ensure policies support the company its affiliates strategic direction and cultural priorities.
  • Partner with HR communications team to develop communications on policy changes.
  • Track and maintain historical policy information in SharePoint.
  • Maintain Policy Inventory documents.
  • Occasionally answer customer questions.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is optional.
  • Project management skills.
  • Developing basic project plans/timelines, meeting deadlines, working across-functions, assign roles and responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note).
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, including: superior grammar and spelling skills (editorial skills).
  • Communicating and influencing with various levels of management and leadership.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including: research, problem solving, collaboration, listening and negotiation capabilities, attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Proven ability to maintain and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Experience with HR Communications, Corporate Communication, Copy Editing, Publications, Writing.
