This growing Dallas-based company has an immediate full-time opportunity in Farmers Branch for an HR Manager.  Expectations are to work in the office Monday-Friday.  Responsibilities include Recruiting, Orientation, Training, Scheduling, and Performance reviews.  Will be responsible for ensuring that each employee is hired, onboarded and trained accordingly to corporate guidelines.  Will also be responsible for overseeing the initial shift/assignment scheduling and communicating with operations about staffing needs/issues that arise.  Will be a key player in managing performance reviews for operations and ensuring that the total candidate experience is a positive one for each employee that joins the team.  This person will also be a key player for interfacing with not only employees, but internal leadership as well in order to create a positive environment.


  • Full life-cycle recruiting (qualifying, screening, interviewing and onboarding).

  • Providing critical support tasks to build the team by screening candidates in the ATS and moving them thru the interview/hire processes.

  • Extending offers to candidates and processing hire paperwork accordingly.

  • Creating and overseeing the recruitment process for Training Schools and partnering with them to provide a flow of candidates for qualified individuals.

  • Attending job fairs at college campuses, job fairs, and industry related events as needed to recruit qualified applicants.

  • Helping design plan to create a bench of qualified candidates to meet seasonal needs.

  • Managing all job boards, postings, and ATS (JazzHR).

  • Creating and developing orientation & training process for all incoming hires, so a consistent process is utilized to help improve overall quality of service.

  • Delivering initial orientation process to new employees & communicating further operational training expectations to Ops management so on-boarding duties can be fulfilled after hand-off.

  • Ensuring that training program is explained to all incoming new hires, and managing progress of employees in an on-going fashion.

  • Communicating with Ops in regard to helping enforce training/orientation goals & metrics.

  • Conveying new hire starts/terminations to Ops executive team during weekly team meetings.

  • Assisting Operation with scheduling templates.

  • Making transfer recommendations for the schedule to decrease overtime and continue to provide a consistency to schedules, contributing to the overall employee experience while employed.

  • Ensuring that the first 90-day performance review is done accordingly and pay raises/decreases are tracked accordingly with Accounting. 

  • Working with Operations Specialist to ensure all administrative work is done in a timely  manner so as to meet weekly payroll deadlines.

  • Working with Operations to Terminate individuals accordingly.

  • Making recommendations for internal promotions, transfers, etc.


  • 3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience.

  • Experience with Recruiting, Orientation, Training, Scheduling, and Performance reviews.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR Laws and Regulations.

  • Bachelors Degree Required.

  • SHRM Certification highly desired.

  • Military service and/or private security experience is a plus.
