Position: Help Desk Technician
Location: Louisville Kentucky 40223
Term: 3 Months Contract-to-hire (09/02/2020 to 12/31/2020)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6am - 2:30pm, 7am - 3:30pm, or 8:00am - 4:30pm).
Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure.
Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
1-3 yrs. experience.
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Can type while talking.
A+ Certification highly preferred.
