Position: Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: Louisville Kentucky 40225
Term: 6 Months Contract to Hire (01/25/2021 to 07/30/2021)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
- Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
- Answer incoming calls from the Customer authorized end-users
- Resolve issues following Customer provided standard operating procedures
- Document issue and resolution in Customer provided ticketing system
- Expedite issues that are unable to be fixed at the help desk
- Maintain the incoming call announcement
- Serve as backup to Depot Services Example of supported items:

- 2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- A+ Certification highly preferred
