Position: Help Desk Support II US
Location: Louisville KY 40225
Term: 6 Months CTH (04/26/2021 to 10/29/2021)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from the Customer and will follow Customer processes to resolve the issues.
  • Hardware will be provided and maintained per Customer processes.
  • Answer incoming calls from the Customer authorized end-users
  • Resolve issues following Customer provided standard operating procedures
  • Document issue and resolution in Customer provided ticketing system
  • Expedite issues that are unable to be fixed at the help desk
  • Maintain the incoming call announcement
  • Serve as backup to Depot Services
