Position: Help Desk

Location: Richmond Virginia 23236

Term: 5 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • General Help Desk First Level Support.
  • Training for general client computing questions to include queries regarding smartphones, audio-visual equipment, printers, MS Office use, add workflows for submitting tickets. 

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • 2+ years of experience working as a help desk tech using Windows based client computers with Microsoft office products.
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with end users by phone, email or in person.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse number of IT tasks and bring to successful closure in a brief amount of time.
  • 2+ years of experience with a help desk environment for Level 1 support.
  • Help desk experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, and MiFi).
  • Ability to educate/assist users with training/education guides to ensure staff future success.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to document processes as needed.
  • Experience supporting audio-visual equipment to include connected television/monitors.
