Position: GPTE Curriculum Project Manager
Location: Remote
Term: 6 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and manage cross-functional initiatives for various enablement programs
- Coordinate meetings and drive follow-up actions to ensure achievement of milestones
- Manage, maintain, and communicate curriculum documents of record for various enablement assets including courses, learning paths, channels, and more
- Update, maintain, and communicate roadmaps for internal and external visibility
- Communicate regular project status, metrics, and process / program updates to internals and stakeholders
- Document enablement asset lifecycle data points to assist with curriculum health reviews (milestones, time to market, throughput, trending over time, etc.)
- Create project plans, schedules, and forecasts as needed
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and scalability of governance processes
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 3+ years relevant experience in project coordination or project management
- Project management / productivity tool experience (Google Suite, SmartSheet, Trello)
- Project management experience with working knowledge of related techniques and tools
- Experience working in heavily cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Experience in content development project management a plus
- Background or familiarity with technical documentation a plus
