Long term contract opportunity in PA for a Full Stack Software Developer II. Will be working remotely.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced collaborative development environment with software engineers, data scientists, project engineers, and others in an Agile environment.
  • Design, develop, test, and document code written for new and existing software systems.
  • Ensure continued functionality of software through maintenance and testing.
  • Participate in code reviews as both reviewer and reviewee.
  • Assist in analysis and QA testing activities as needed.
  • Potential for domestic and international travel up to 10%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other applicable Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 2 years of full stack software experience.
    • In the absence of a degree, HS Diploma/Equivalent plus 10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Full stack software developer (C#, Entity Framework, JavaScript, MS SQL).
  • Full Stack requirements.
  • Experience developing web applications and web based RESTful APIs using C# and .Net.
  • Visual Studio
  • Experience with the avionics industry to include cockpit avionics, communication networks, and ground-based services. Direct experience in an airline operational unit would be a plus.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile frameworks.
  • Familiar with the Vue JavaScript framework.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices.
