Dynamic contract opportunity with a progressive commercial real estate services company.
Position: Front Desk Supervisor
Location: San Francisco, CA 94104
Hourly Rate: $48.96/hr.
Term: 4+ Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision of delivery of Experience Services.
  • Services include, but are not limited to:
    • Employee safety screening at building entry, daily safety walk-throughs
    • Supervise Hosts assigned to Experience Services, including establishing work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff to perform multiple duties as back-up.
    • Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Experience Services.
    • Supervises and performs visual verifications to support environmental health and safety compliance, using checklists, and records and reports gaps.
    • Uses and assists team with use of technology tools for data entry from visual verifications.
    • Verifies labels and warning signs are visible and placed according to plans.
  • Oversee, utilize, and maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools, which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar associated with service delivery, as requested. Performs audits as necessary. May provide some reporting.
  • Ensure safety standards are met by those delivery Experience Services; whether company employees or third party service providers.
  • Oversee support provided by coordinators.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors who provide related services and goods.
  • Assist in maintenance of Business Continuity Plan as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 4 years customer service experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience (equivalent work experience = 2 years of experience for every year of higher-level education).
  • Some experience with workplace health and safety preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or other relevant vocational training preferred.
An additional requirement for this role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous testing.
