Long term contract in Plano, TX for a Financial Coordinator. Responsible for budget management and tracking for the T3 Transformation Program, overseeing forecast and actual spend for 6 scrum teams. This individual will also support the roll-up for budget/forecast/actuals across the ITx NAQ team. This position works collaboratively with the Digital Corporate Experiences (DCX) Portfolio Enablement team, ensuring alignment with standard practices for PR submission, vendor invoicing and Goods receipts in Ariba. This position requires strong understanding of financial tracking principles. Prior experience working in SAP is desired.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain detailed budget/actuals tracking for T3 Transformation program.
  • Support quarterly forecast and annual planning submissions for ITx NAQ team.
  • Complete monthly variance analysis for core and project spend (actual vs forecast).
  • Develop and publish financial status KPIs.
  • Research discrepancies and work to correct, as needed.
  • Manage tracking and reporting of internal budget transfers.
  • Provide monthly trend analysis for NAQ Investment Council status report.
  • Serve as window to DCX Portfolio Enablement team for any financial requests from leadership.
  • Prepare ad hoc research, analysis, and reporting, as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills.
  • MS Excel & MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ariba.
