Grow your career as a Financial Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will help to support the significant global financial and operational planning activities of the function that ensure the company is well positioned to achieve its objectives.
  • Support the annual budget process and monthly monitoring process including headcount tracking.
  • Work with Program Management team to track and report financials on investment programs, capitalization, depreciation and productivity.
  • Lead coordination of TA operational capacity planning and funding needs analysis.
  • Support QBR financial reporting processes and providing analytical input working with financial leads across each Region and the TA Strategy and Programs team centrally.
  • Provide global data insights and analysis on financial trends across the Global TA function.
  • Partner with the Finance team to monitor budget against agreed plan and interpret data from the process to inform thinking on future management of budget and impact on operational capacity.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with track record on large, strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of monthly FP&A process.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management.
