Our Healthcare Insurance client is seeking two (2) Financial Analysts to join their team for a potential contract-to-hire role!

Position: Financial Analyst 
Location: Remote - The majority of the roles at this client will continue working from home until at least the end of 2021. Once it is safe to begin working onsite, staff can choose where they work – from home, in the office, or a hybrid of the two.
To be eligible to convert to FTE at this client you must reside in NC or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia or South Carolina
Term: 12 months contract-to-hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • This division of our client generates its own revenue; therefore, they are seeking 2 mid-level financial analyst to help them understand their financial health and execute generalized financial tasks. You will support the financial aspects of the healthcare team, including, but not limited to vendor management, AP, AR, Reconciliation, budgets, forecasts, reports, invoicing, etc.
  • Performs financial and vendor management support to program operations.
  • Performs a variety of tasks including general ledger account reconciliations, month-end close duties, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, productivity reports, program reports, vendor contracting and management responsibilities, and minimal accounts payables and receivables.

Required Skills 

  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word required
  • CPA Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area, and certified public accountant.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in accounting.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 

****To be eligible to contract at this client you must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
