Position: Field Service Technician
Location: Springfield Tennessee, 37172
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire (09/07/2020 to 12/05/2020)

Work Schedule: .8:00AM to 6:00PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, MON-FRI with occasional required OT due to customer demand. On call rotation will also be required.

Dress Code: Business Casual Mandatory 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems, such as desktops, Point of Sale (POS) devices, and printers
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
  • Maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • CompTIA A+ Certification Strong copier skills (hardware) Copier Multi-Function Devices Break/Fix experience Workstation Break/Fix experience (Windows 7/WIN 10, Workstation Desktop/Laptop Hardware)
  • Familiarity with networking equipment – switches and routers, cabling
