- Running Break fix calls on Laptops, Desktops, printers, POS, servers, and switches.
- Tech will need A+, also needs to have dispatch b/f experience.
- Tech will need to be able to perform b/f on printers and possess good customer service skills
- Lexmark printer certs, Dell, Lenovo, and HP is a plus
- Outgoing with customer service skills
