Position: Field Service TechnicianLocation: Milpitas California 95035
Term: 3 Months Contract-to-Hire (04/13/2021 to 07/11/2021)
Work Schedule: Tues to Sat shift 9am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 7pm on Sat.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Technician will travel to each client’s location
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
- Works under general supervision
- Must have printer, laptop, desktop, server and network experience.
- Previous Field Service and/or Desktop, POS, printer Break/Fix experience
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
- CompTIA A+
