We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with Break/Fix experience to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity. You will be responsible for a broad scope of operational support regarding PC and Desktop Systems including install, move, add, and change requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments. You will provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. You will diagnose errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions. You will produce timely and detailed service reports. You will document processes and collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and tie workflow to schedule. You will accurately document solutions related to complex issues and create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved. You will troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technician, and customers and build positive relationships with customers.
