Long term contract in Plano, TX for an External Engagement Admin. Will support the group’s objective to help facilitate budget, grant and administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the strategic direction and vision for the campaigns of multicultural markets assigned provided by the Senior Manager/Supervisor.
  • Assist with campaigns, projects and special activities related to engagement of the aforementioned markets.
  • Support budgeting and other administrative functions related but not limited to scheduling, grant system support and payment to partners and vendors.
  • In conjunction with the company vendor(s), assist and oversee company sponsored conferences & events associated with each multicultural market from concept to completion.
  • Support in the assessment of partnerships and their alignment with company direction.
Subject Matter Expertise
  • Work with liaisons for national partnerships with organizations falling under the Hispanic, Asian American, LGBTQ and Millennial diverse markets.
  • Demonstrate or have a working knowledge of the multicultural market space (i.e., identification and exposure to national organizations).
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage an agency team in strategy creation of the campaign for each affinity market.
  • Executive & management support including (but not limited to): pre/post conference briefings, writing support for attendance/speaking events.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of contract negotiation, company branding and marketing/sales reporting tools.
  • Working or advanced knowledge of MS Office suite applications, CRM systems and budgeting interfaces.
  • Able to speak fluent or native Spanish, Mandarin or another language spoken inside the Asian community.
