Grow your career as a Vendor Program Manager with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Ethics Office Third Party vendor program.
    • Submit research requests/tickets to vendor for Hotline.
    • Perform ongoing monitoring controls (information security related).
    • Coordinate invoice submission/approvals for Ethics Vendors.
  • Execute MCA monthly, quarterly, annual testing.
  • Records Management
    • Submit Legal Holds as requested.
    • Manage Ethics Office inventory in Records Management System.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of legal experience.
