Position: Escrow/Processing
Location: Kent, Washington, 98031
Term: 2 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Data entry, answering phones, calling buyers/sellers and agents for missing information, Reviewing Purchase and Sale Agreements.
  • Tasks for payoff and utility demands.
  • Address client inquiries professionally in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicates with all parties including the Agents, buyers/borrowers, sellers, lenders, mortgage brokers, closing team.
  • Answering incoming calls and direct them to the closing team and/or assisting in the callers questions.
  • Multi task between SoftPro Select, SmartView and Pulse.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Escrow experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma.
