Position:  Eloqua Activation Manager
Location: Remote
Term: 12 Months Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Function as the Eloqua implementation and utilization expert
  • Leverage the existing instance of Eloqua to design and implement new journey canvases that utilize dynamic content and action triggers
  • Work with the Principal Product Marketing Manager on contact/data segmentation for nurture lists
  • Work with Principal Product Marketing Manager to implement brand best practices into email templates to support brand compliance
  • Provide Eloqua metrics and insights for read-outs covering campaigns’ performance results and optimization strategies to leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to on-going marketing planning and optimization initiatives as related to email nurture across all identified audiences in support of identified OKRs
  • Partner with marketing technology and operations teams to continue on-going Eloqua optimization, contribute to the in-house Eloqua expertise, and drive on-going success of the CTE nurture journeys
  • Lead efficient meetings, explain data and technical details to non-technical audiences, and balance collaboration with getting-things-done


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
 

  • 5+ years experience in Eloqua implementation, campaign development and execution, and on-going optimization
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and efficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of integration with other MarTech solutions stack tools is important to this role
  • Knowledge of email/nurture analytics and reporting
  • Ability to take initiative and be a resourceful, proactive, independent contributor, and cross-functional collaborator
  • Ability to lead strategic and operational conversations to address evolving business requirements across stakeholders
  • Oracle Eloqua CX Marketing Certified Implementation Specialist Certification or other Eloqua certification is preferred
  • HTML/CSS experience is a plus
