Position: Marketing Data Administrator
Location: San Francisco, California, 94104
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership for digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • Leads the development and execution of highly complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant line of business, and may have impact across the Enterprise.
  • These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management.
  • Develops digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, and may influence digital strategy for the business line.
  • May coach a small team of more junior digital consultants or cross-functional teams in digital initiatives.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • 4-6 years digital marketing with focus on onsite targeted assets and email, analytics, and predictive modeling experience
  • 2-3 years related analytical database marketing experience, including email and/or online marketing working experience
  • 2+ years of strong analytical skills; utilizing and interpreting data and analytics to quantify and improve marketing results
  • Proven campaign management experience working with marketing professionals to define targeting strategies that drive results
  • Detail-oriented, able to effectively manage large projects, multi-task, and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to articulate and champion new ideas that will materially impact customer facing processes and business results
  • Experience with IBM Campaign Management Tool, MicroStrategy, Teradata Structured Query Language (SQL), Infor Interaction Advisor (IA) 
  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience
