Job Title: Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (DOE) 

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044


Job Description:

Consultant will provide Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365 Applications support to current customer base to include:
  • SQL/XML/fetch reporting for Dynamics 365 platforms, data management integration with other systems
  • Support calls, trouble shooting, configuration, training, and general consultative services in CRM application as well as all other software/services provided by the company.
  • Business Analysis and Process Mapping
  • Software engineering/development and support for sales on quote estimation for projects
  • Provide internal support for other proprietary owned business applications which are non-Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM related.
This role will be more technical than customer facing, and looking for someone with Tier 1 support experience who wants to grow and get exposed to further technologies.  There will be more support duties rather than new implementations so looking for technical expertise on the development/support side.
  • Sharepoint Admin experience would be a plus but not required.
