Job Title: Digital Senior Product Manager

Location: ***REMOTE OPPORTUNITY***

The Role: As the Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in driving successful execution of product strategy, product roadmaps and development across our Transact domain. Areas to cover within Transact include but is not limited to mobilePOS, Flexible Fulfillment, Customer Support, Supply Chain/Inventory and related harmonizing efforts. Success in this role is about consistent Agile product delivery with an emphasis on demonstrating continuous value by improving CSAT, ESAT, UX and revenue. You will be responsible for establishing cross-functional partnerships and growing Product Analysts on the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth understanding of Jewelry Consultants, consumers, retailers and markets where we compete
  • Drive delivery backlog prioritization, business requirements and decision making for sprint and release work
  • Assess the relative value and impact of each potential feature, technical, experience and product debt, project and initiative
  • Define the V/JC (Virtual/Jewelry Consultant) experience and consistently communicate learnings to stakeholders
  • Adept at turning market and consumer insights into important product strategies in support of our overall business strategies 
  • Research user stories/enhancement requests to clearly understand the intent and associated benefits
  • Partner with design to conduct design reviews & with technology to conduct sprint demos
  • Run product governance meetings, actively following up on action items with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience leading Agile projects and digital product management
  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Solid understanding of go to market and product commercialization process 
  • Solid understanding of the retail industry and end consumer 
  • Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning
  • Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – InVision, Jira, Miro/Mural, Confluence, et al
  • Experience leading teams in Agile scrum environment
