JOB DESCRIPTION

A successful candidate for this role has regularly shipped consumer or enterprise software products possesses, defined epics and user stories, and has a strong sense of great UX. This role will interface with all levels of the organization, so great communication skills are essential.

 

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to build an enterprise-wide personalization capability that will shape the future of the company's digital user experiences and communications. This role will build a deep understanding of the user’s journeys, the richness of the company's data assets, and a variety of statistical and machine learning approaches to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time in the right channel.

 

This role works throughout the product lifecycle to develop and fulfill the product vision by consulting stakeholders across the health, wealth, and career business domains as well as conducting market analysis, developing product strategy across all the digital and communication channels, gathering and prioritizing requirements, supporting daily sprints, and supporting the release process.

 

Job Scope, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build/ship personalization and recommendation products leveraging AI/ML technologies Conduct a current and future state analysis on existing digital and print communication product capabilities.
  • Develop business case for new/major product enhancements to enable revenue, reduce cost, increase user engagement, and/or user satisfaction.
  • Define the product roadmap through addressing critical gaps, external research, consulting business stakeholders, and understanding of broader digital and corporate strategy.
  • Lead and participate in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and validation.
  • Defining Objectives and Key Results, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results.
  • Partnering with deployment managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of features.
  • Working closely with User Experience and User Research teams to understand and serve unmet client and customer needs through persona-driven design.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Client Management to tell the value story of the release.

  • Lead and participated in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and validation.

  • Worked closely with User Experience and User Research teams to understand and serve unmet client and customer needs through persona-driven design.
  • Partnered with Product Marketing, Sales and Client Management to tell the value story of the release.
  • Evangelized ML-driven personalization with stakeholders and provide thought leadership within and outside of the team.

 

Education and work experience

  • 3 + years of experience building and shipping personalization and recommendation products leveraging AI/ML technologies
  • Experience with AI/ML technology is a must
  • Benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to interact in technical discussions with IT stakeholders.
