Position:  Digital Lifecycle Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC 27601
Term: 12 Months Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategy and execution for global marketing nurture frameworks, including:
  • Program strategy - aligning strategic recommendations to nurture campaigns designed to achieve measurable results
  • Program creation - own program planning, documentation, coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to launch and optimize campaigns, manage email content and offer alignment
  • Program awareness - Drive program awareness across the company through launch notifications, presentations on global calls, updating program materials
  • Program management - track program metrics to ensure campaigns are achieving measurable results, make recommendations
  • Program success - partner with internal teams on refreshes and optimization:
  • Work with the Digital Architecture team to pull segments, create campaigns, test/launch and report on performance
  • Work with stakeholders on content and alignment on global marketing framework
  • Work with the Digital Optimization team on reporting/analysis and personalization and social/paid opportunities
  • Serve as expert nurture point-of-contact for global nurtures
  • Run meetings in conjunction with the architecture team and stakeholders to review and assess campaign requests (what is the ask? Why? What business objective does it align to? Who is the target? Is this a global campaign? Are translations needed? What does success look like?)
  • Provide program support as needed


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
 

  • 5+ years of related work experience in marketing email campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Eloqua or Marketo) platforms preferred
  • Successful track record of creating and implementing email/nurture campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Working knowledge of email best practices and campaign set-up (segmentation, logic, trigger, canvases)
  • Understanding of personas and aligning content types/messaging to buyers’ journeys
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with desire to find ways to improve campaigns
  • Passionate about developing a delightful end-to-end customer experience
