Job Description:

The client is a recognized industry leader whose mission is to advance climate neutrality,
energy independence, and green job creation through the nationwide deployment of renewable
energy and energy efficiency finance programs.
We seek a Business Systems Analyst to join our team that is building great products for our
customers seeking to get home improvement loans from Renew Financial and the employees
who service and support our customers.  In this role you will help us deliver a new Loan Origination System and evolve it, working at the
intersection of business, technology and product management, you will perform analysis, write requirements for new and existing systems and may also help implement them and monitor their


  • Examining systems and processes

  • Running data queries and conducting data analysis

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • SCRUM Master Certification
  • Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Ability to create a variety of artifacts: requirements traceability, variety of types of requirement
  • artifacts (business requirements document, use cases, epics/stories/acceptance criteria, vendor
  • requirements, BRD/FRD, data mapping, SQL queries) for a variety of types of requirements
  • (regulatory requirements, financial calculations, data mapping)
  • Mapping out business processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex
  • concepts
  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency
  • Know how to collaborate and tactically work with technical and non-technical team members
  • and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, financial services, lending, insurance experience preferred
