Position: Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: Melville New York 10747
Term: 4 Months Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts: 7am – 3:30pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm There may be overtime and on-call hours.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
- Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
- 3 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
- Supporting Windows 10, MS O?ce 0365
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- A+ Certification highly preferred
