Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Elkton, VA 22827
Term: 6 Months Contract-to-hire (07/27/2020 to 01/26/2021)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 to 5:00
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure.
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years’ experience in IT support. Must have large corporate experience.
  • Must have desktop support or desk side support experience (supporting end users onsite and remotely).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • A+ preferred.
