Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Ossining, New York 10562
Hourly Rate: $24.62/hr.
Term: 4 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Be the front line of client and interface with customers onsite at their location and provide each user with white glove service for all IT related questions in application support, technology questions, hardware, and services.
  • Detect detection of users’ needs, troubleshoot issue, and resolve it or ensure that the correct process is followed for resolution.
  • Educate users on technology features, assist with hardware selection process, demos, and training along with provide software and personal training sessions for users on standard tool sets.
  • Provide telepresence white glove support when requested during conference center hours.
  • Provide support of conference center user basic network connectivity and audio-visual connectivity issues.
  • Support and facilitate events in partnership with the internal event and webcast team, as well as external vendors when scheduling does not conflict with existing conference center schedule.
  • Provide support to the customer facing site, responses to all employees, visiting customers, and contractors for audio video management activities.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3-5 years of related experience and training.  
  • A+ certification & Microsoft MCP Certified a plus.
