Terrific Contract Opportunity!
Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Carlsbad, California 92011
Term: 3 Months Contract-to-hire (09/07/2020 to 12/31/2020)
Schedule: Work schedule - M-F 2 pm - 10 pm. Initial training schedule will be assigned outside of that shift from 5am to 3pm including 1 hr. lunch.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Dedicated Deskside support tech including some remote support.
  • Setting up, imaging, and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues. The machines are Win 7 and Win 10. There will be some troubleshooting of applications.
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Heavy Deskside support customer-facing soft skills and technical.
  • Active Directory, Data migration related to setting up a user’s account and access control.
  • Excellent communicator and documentation.
  • A+ Certification highly preferred.
