Position: A+ Support Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903
Hourly Rate: $24/hr.
Term: Contract to Hire
- Responding to helpdesk tickets via e-mail, phone, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assisting clients with software support Windows and Apple OS.
In and out of Warranty replacement of client hardware HP, Dell, Apple
Daily updates of all assigned tickets for the site location.

A+ Certificate required
2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
Excellent customer service skills
