Position: A+ Support Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903
Hourly Rate: $24/hr.
Term: Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Responding to helpdesk tickets via e-mail, phone, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assisting clients with software support Windows and Apple OS.
  • In and out of Warranty replacement of client hardware HP, Dell, Apple
  • Daily updates of all assigned tickets for the site location.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • A+ Certificate required
  • 2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
