Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Doral, Florida 33122
Hourly Rate: $24/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
- Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 3 years of Desktop Support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 7/10
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware – Dell experience preferred
- Experience working with MACs
- Experience working in Service Now preferred, but not required.
- Basic networking knowledge/troubleshooting experience – TCP/IP, knowledge of network connections both remotely and at the desk, working in AD for password resets, etc.
- Printer installations
- Bilingual a plus
