Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Los Angeles California 90007
Hourly Rate: $ 24 /hr.
Term: 4 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • A+, Network+ or Sec+. Must have at least one of the 3 to qualify for position or ability to acquire one of them within 120 days.
  • Must have Desktop Support experience and experience with UPS systems as it will be a primary support role.
  • Networking Hardware removal and installation
  • Software install/re-install.
  • Network wiring and cable support
  • Smarthands testing
