Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Bothell Washington 98021
Term: 8 Months Contract to Hire (04/19/2021 to 12/31/2021)

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5, minimal Overtime, No On-call requirement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • D/T Support; Hardware imaging and deployment. Software support
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients

  • Strong D/T support background and CSAT Skills
  • A well rounded dedicated individual who is detail-oriented and a Team player
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
