Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: New York NY 10011
Term: 3 Months CTH (04/26/2021 to 07/24/2021)

Work Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri, some weekend on call.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Day to Day will involve Desktop Support Software/Hardware.
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients

  • Looking for 5-10 yrs experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A+ Certification highly preferred
