Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Salisbury North Carolina 28147
Term: 2 Months Contract (05/03/2021 to 07/04/2021)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications, set up and manage user accounts and permissions to consent access to a network and upholding and testing security, blocking unapproved access.
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Windows 10 experience and CompTIA A+ cert are nice to haves
