Desktop Support Technician - Part Time

Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location:  Mukilteo, Washington 98275
Term: 20+ Months Contract to Hire (04/01/2021 to 09/30/2022)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Windows 10
  • MS Office 0365
  • Remote access
  • Imaging
  • Asset management
  • All our work comes from Service Now ticketing system
  • Must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status.
  • Break-Fix support, changing system boards, HDDs, laptop LCDs etc.
  • Good trouble shooting skills both HW and software
  • IMAC – Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown)
  • Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  •  A+ (or 60 days after conversion)
    Strong customer service skills and detailed
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Someone that works well on their own, able to manage strong personalities and is process oriented
