Position: Data Management Consultant
Location: Tempe, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Des Moines, IA; Dallas, TX
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Perform QA checks of production data dictionaries in timely manner to ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate with Business Data Leaders team members to ensure QA involvement throughout metadata collection process
• Perform QC checks on previously published data dictionaries to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving metadata quality standards
• Contribute to development of requirements for strategic metadata capabilities
• Drive development and implementation of projects to enhance existing processes.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
• 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience
• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
• 3+ years of consultative business analysis experience

• Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
• Experience deploying and leveraging program management tools (e.g. SharePoint, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Tableau, Collibra)
• Knowledge and understanding of financial industry compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge and understanding of data integrity management practices and procedures
• Experience developing and monitoring compliance with policy and standards, specifically around metadata
