Position: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $37.0/hr.
Term: 5 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support client configuration efforts via database SQL reporting to:
    • Facilitate project planning and scope analysis
    • Provide a portrait of existing client setup for determining where changes are required. This may include standard client updates as related to various clinical programs, state regulations, operational process changes, etc.
    • Post configuration/batch completion reporting for quality assurance processes
  • Develop reports/dashboards to track, trend, or monitor for:
    • Productivity and quality metrics
    • PG adherence and current date TAT status for open cases
    • Various workload volume metrics - past, current, and future forecast
  • Provide SharePoint Support
    • Maintenance and addition of sites/lists for all teams in Client Support
    • Creation and maintenance of Nintex Workflows
    • Site user permission controls and provisioning
  • Produce innovative technological solutions that provide efficiency and/or quality gains
    • Automation of manual processes
