We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Repair Coordinator to work with our customers and vendors to help improve the repair process and get repairs out in a timely manner. This is a contract opportunity in Danvers, MA 

List of Responsibilities:
  • Manage large OEM customer quality portals and general customer quality concerns, ensuring we maintain excellent supplier quality ratings on vendor scorecards.
  • Process incoming customer RMA, failure analysis & MRB (internal RMAs) requests.
  • Ensure OEM customer failure analysis response requirements are satisfied
  • Report any issues requiring Non-Conformance or Corrective/Preventative Actions (NC/CAPA) to be initiated, to the Quality Engineer.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding status of repairs.
  • Maintain the Repair & MRB portal to ensure repairs stay on track for completion and statuses are current.
  • Determine warranty status and request purchase orders from customers when required
  • Coordinate and request external vendor RMAs
  • Create or issue sales orders, purchase orders, or shippers related to repairs
